'Know Your DNA' have produced useful information on their website about maintaining a healthy Heart.
Moles and skin-tags can change or grow without us realising, it is always a good idea to monitor them and look for any changes.
Use your mobile phone to photograph them often, this will also record the date and time, look for changes in size, colour, texture, sudden irritation and take your photographs to the doctor.

My first job was as an Audiology Techician at Guys Hospital in London. The E.N.T. Specialist I worked with gave out the following important advice :-
"The only thing you should ever put in your ear is your own elbow !"
So many injuries and perforated ear drums are caused by trying to remove ear wax with objects such as cocktail sticks, knitting needles, pens, needles and even with cotton buds.
Originally commonly known as 'Ear buds' manufacturers even changed the name to 'Cotton Buds' to try to reduce the use and associated damage in ears.
If you must clean your ears using these buds, then avoid using cheap ones with plastic straw that tend to fall apart and leave the cotton wool stuck inside your ear, use a well known brand that has a cardboard stem which grips the bud securely. Hold the bud with your thumb and forefinger on the stick just where it meets the bud to prevent entering the ear too far.

Todays 'must have' technology is damaging our health and especially the health of our children. We have become blind to the dangers from advertising pressure. When cell technology was released there was no data available of damage to health, it is only now that the research has enough data to show us what it is doing. The new 5G system planned to be rolled out soon has very high risks, watch this video of a wifi specialist and see for yourself.
Regular BP readings can give a good indication when things are amiss. Battery powered Blood Pressure Monitors are available quite cheaply (under £20) and are simple to use at home, and they can also monitor heartbeat.
Traditional Cuff type devices are far more accurate than wrist (watches) or fingerprint style (mobile phone apps).
It is important to regularly check your blood pressure readings, if you do not have a device of your own then Blood Pressure UK run free checks on Blood Pressure, visit their website by clicking button for lots of information and find out the next session near to you.
